Shipping Terms

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business days following confirmation and credit approval. Orders received after: 2:30 PM PT Ridgefield, WA or 2:30 PM CT for Oklahoma City, OK and Houston, TX will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing and fulfillment times may be impacted by product availability or manufacturer lead times. We do not guarantee same day shipments.

Shipping Methods & Lead Times

We offer the following shipping options to meet your operational timelines:

Standard Ground Shipping – Estimated delivery in 3 – 5 business days

Expedited or Next-Day Delivery – Available upon request

Freight Service – Required for oversized or palletized orders

Orders ship from one of our three distribution centers, based on inventory availability and destination:

  • Ridgefield, WA
  • Oklahoma City, OK
  • Houston, TX

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, delivery method, and destination. Charges will be itemized on your invoice. Oversized, hazardous, or specialty items may incur additional handling fees.

FOB Terms – Definition

All shipments from Monarch Power Supply are made under FOB (Free On Board) Monarch Distribution Center terms. This means:

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the point where the goods leave our shipping dock (e.g., Ridgefield, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; or Houston, TX)

Monarch is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit after the shipment departs from our facility.

Buyers are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance or request additional shipping protections if needed.

For factory-direct orders, risk and title transfer FOB Manufacturer’s Facility, and the same terms as above apply.

Backorders, Delays & Partial Shipments

We fulfill and ship in-stock items immediately unless the buyer requests a complete shipment. Items on backorder will ship as they become available. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to manufacturer lead times or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you of any significant delays and provide estimated shipping dates when possible.

Promotional Discounts

From time to time, Monarch may offer promotional discounts on parts, shipping, or service packages. These promotions must be applied at the time of purchase using a valid promo code and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotions are valid for a limited time and are not retroactive.

International Orders & Special Handling

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. For international inquiries, please contact your account manager or Monarch parts sales department. If special handling is required (e.g., liftgate, job site delivery, scheduled delivery), this must be communicated when placing your order. Additional fees may apply. Monarch Power Supply reserves the right to refuse any special handling requests based on availability, feasibility, or other operational considerations.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
